125 Bukemiga Lake loop via Collins River, Onamakawash Lake and Kopka River

This is a loop trip that begins and ends at Bukemiga Lake by Highway 528. There is good parking down by the lake here. You will be travelling upstream on the Collins River to reach Rushbay Lake. but there are portages around the rapids and swifts can easily be paddled up the side with perhaps a short stretch to line at the upstream end. From Rushbay Lake you travel north through Canon and Tamarack Lakes to the Boilingsand River and into the southern tip of Smoothrock lake before turning South. The Lookout River will take you Shawanabis, Boulder and Kenakskannis Lakes and the Kopka River which will take you back to Bukemiga Lake. This is a 168km - 8 to 9 day trip.
