This report details travel in June, 2022 (7 night trip) from Caribou Lake up Campbell Creek to Hollingsworth and then Medallion Lake, over to Raymond Lake and down the Raymond River to confluence from North Annette Lake, from there south to Cliff Lake.  A longer trip is possible with road exit from the Pikitigushi River.

    Ray,

Thank you for the great trip report!  You guys are my heroes to have connected the east end of Scallop down the Raymond  to the junction that goes south into Annette.  Your narration and photos were great!  I'm glad that you had ample water levels to get through the Alders.  It was good that you spent extra time at Cliff and flew out!

Ray, very nice trip report. I remember doing parts of this route in September 2007. We spent two days on Cliff Lake. I wonder if the articulated broad walk on the portage just north of Cliff Lake still exists. Phil had us build this while we waited for John Thompson, WPP Superintendent and the First Nations elders to end their gathering at the large campsite on the north end of the lake. They were feuding at the time and Phil wanted to avoid any contact.
